Welcome to Talking-Thread. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of talkingthread.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us

2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Products & Made-to-Order Timelines
Every piece is hand-stitched to order by our artisans. Product photos are representative, and because each item is handmade, minor variations in stitching, colour, and placement are natural and not considered defects. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, please allow 10–14 days for your order to be made before it ships.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through Razorpay. Online payments are only confirmed once verified by our payment processor; we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide from Mumbai, India. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing for international orders, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Because items are made to order, cancellation requests are only guaranteed if made before production begins; you can review or cancel eligible orders from the "My Orders" section of your account. For return, exchange, or damaged-item enquiries, please contact us at hello@talking-thread.studio within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, text, and branding on this Site are the property of Talking-Thread and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
8. User Reviews & Content
If you submit a review or other content to the Site, you grant Talking-Thread a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with the Site. You agree not to submit content that is false, abusive, or infringes another party's rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking-Thread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
